APPG meeting 11 July

There will be a meeting of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Legal Aid in Parliament on Wednesday 11 July 2012 starting at 5pm. The title of the meeting is:

“Is LASPO the end of legal aid lawyers and the end of diversity and social mobility in this part of the profession?”

Representatives from the Legal Education and Training Review, the Bar Council, the Law Society, the Law Centres Federation and Young Legal Aid Lawyers have been asked to speak, as well as Parliamentarians. The meeting will be chaired by the APPG chair, Yvonne Fovargue MP. Please see the APPG website for more details.
