Take your MP to Work: Event in Parliament

On Monday 15 July 2019, YLAL and the All Party Parliamentary Group on Legal Aid launched our Take Your MP to Work Campaign

We were so pleased to be joined by members of the press as well as Members of Parliament, all of whom were keen to hear about the importance of early legal advice, and our campaign to encourage MPs to see the legal aid frontline.

Our #TakeYourMPtoWork Campaign is designed to help MPs see what day-to-day work is like for YLALs, and most importantly, to see the impact early legal advice has on our clients.

We are very grateful to Hogan Lovells and to LLST for sponsoring the event, and to Richard Gray for the fantastic photography (NB: Richard owns all copyright to the photos reproduced below wih his kind permission).
